This wine displays brilliant gold colour, indicative of oxidative handling during winemaking. Aroma of biscuit and yeast lees followed by nuances of butterscotch and cashew, showing strong barrel ferment quality. Creamy mouthfeel. Flavours of biscuit and hazelnut showing good length and depth. Soft acid finish. Aftertaste of hazelnut, biscuit and honeycomb.
