2003 Australian College of Wine Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black crimson colour with black purple hue, showing excellent cling. Aroma of dark chocolate and blackcurrant followed by a hint of cigar box and cedar over a smoky oak end note. The palate flavours are drying out and beginning to fade. Nuances of cigar box and blackcurrant are evident. Fine dry and chalky tannins which persist into the aftertaste. Cedar, cigar box aftertaste.
