2003 Australian College of Wine Eden Park Cabernet Sauvignon

A Cabernet that is already showing its age. Medium body – brick red colour with brick red hue. Aroma of leather, stewed fruit and spice. The palate also reflects the developed nature of this wine, revealing flavours of stewed fruit, leather and cedar. Fine grained tannins. Cedar, leather aftertaste.
