2003 Aramis Vineyards Shiraz

Totally opaque black purple colour with deep purple hue. Aroma of blackberry, liquorice allsorts and violets. There is a lot of expectation that is created by the nose, however the palate flavour profile is not as ‘joosy’ as anticipated. There is plenty of body weight, with flavours of spice and plum followed by stewed fruit. Fine dry chalky tannins which run through to the aftertaste.
