2003 Angas Plains Estate PJ's Cabernet Sauvignon

The PJ is the initials of the two owners – Phillip and Judy Cross – get it PJ’s! Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson mauve hue. Perfumed nose of blackcurrant and cedar followed by a hint of confectionary and violet. The palate reveals flavours of stewed plum and spice and is supported by fine, dryish tannins. There is a faint hint of tea leaf on the back palate. Aftertaste of stewed fruit.
