Merv and Jan Smith have been long term wool and lamb farmers, who in 1996 decided to diversify into viticulture. Bright pale straw colour. The nose is delicate, with grassy top notes, followed by a touch of unripe gooseberry. The palate displays a Graves like flavour profile, with delicate grassy, gooseberry flavours followed by a clean acid finish and gooseberry, tropical fruit aftertaste.
