2002 Yangarra Park Shiraz

A generous, typical McLaren Vale Red. Opaque black crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of liquorice, spice and violets followed by blackberry and a hint of mocha. Big ‘joosy palate’ with typical strong McLaren Vale black pepper backbone. Flavours of liquorice, mocha, black pepper and vanilla followed by a dark chocolate. Excellent length. Fine dry tannins. Very long aftertaste of spice, liquorice allsorts, confectionary and black pepper.
