2002 Yalumba Barossa Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

A very convincing aromatic dry white. Bright pale straw colour. The nose offers strong varietal aroma, with a dusty-herbaceous top note followed by grassy, unripe gooseberry end notes. The palate continues with grassy, herbaceous flavours displaying good intensity. Crisp acid finish followed by a long, dusty, unripe gooseberry aftertaste with a faint hint of citrus.
