An impressive red from Mount Benson. Opaque crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Scented nose of violets, blackcurrant and spice followed by a blackberry and mint end note. Excellent palate weight with flavours of spice, plum, blackcurrant and mocca evident. Fine grained tannins, excellent balance. Long aftertaste of spice and black pepper.
