2002 Thorn Clarke Sandpiper Cabernet Sauvignon

Wine maker Jim Irvine has successfully completed 52 vintages – which is indeed an impressive feat. Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of stewed plum, spice and stewed fruit, followed by nuances of earth, leather and mint. Fine, soft tannins. Aftertaste of stewed plum, spice and mint.
