2002 Taylors Jaraman Shiraz

Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Lifted nose of liquorice, vanilla, lightly toasted oak and spice. The palate flavours are ripe with blackberry, black pepper and vanilla providing a generous mouthfeel. The palate is very spicy, with the ‘joosy’ quality of McLaren Vale working well with the tighter Clare Valley component. Flavours of dark chocolate, vanilla and blackcurrant emerge. Fine grained tannins with long aftertaste of spice, blackberry, black pepper and liquorice.
