2002 Stefani Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

The nose displays a very distinctive Cabernet character. Very deep crimson black colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of plum, spice, blackcurrant and cedar showing strong varietal character. The structure of this wine is very much Cabernet with its fine, yet firmly structured tannin backbone. Flavours of cedar, blackcurrant and cassis emerge, followed by an aftertaste of mocha and coffee.
