2002 Sorrenberg Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Another Bordeaux inspired dry white. Bright pale straw colour. The nose displays aroma of yeast lees, biscuit and confectionary, reminiscent of Graves dry white. Mouthfilling palate, with flavours of spice, confectionary and musk emerging over a yeast lees background. Excellent length and depth, followed by a long lees musk and confectionary aftertaste.
