2002 Serafino Shiraz

Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue – almost opaque. The nose has a classic McLaren Vale aroma with its unmistakable nose of blackberry, vanilla and ripe plum. The palate has the weight and generous mouthfeel that is also so typical of McLaren Vale. Flavours of vanilla, plum, black pepper and toasted oak emerge. Fine slightly chalky tannins, followed by a very long plum, black pepper aftertaste.
