2002 Serafino Barrel Fermented Chardonnay

This is an impressive barrel fermented Chardonnay. Bright straw colour. Aroma of yeast lees, biscuit and cashew followed by a subtle toasted oak end note. Flavours of biscuit, yeast lees and cashews are integrated over a spicy background. Excellent length. Soft acid finish, followed by an aftertaste of nut, yeast lees and biscuit.
