An outstanding Cabernet, produced from 30 year old dry grown vines. Opaque crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Delightful nose of cedar, spice and blackcurrant followed by a touch of tobacco. The palate displays excellent length and depth with flavours of cedar and blackcurrant prominent overlaid with fine dusty tannins. The back palate is very spicy. Perfect balance. Very long cedar and blackcurrant aftertaste.
