Very deep crimson mauve colour. The nose displays a hint of earthiness followed by spice and plum end notes. The palate has good fruit but lacks power and concentration with inky spice and plum flavours dominant. Fine grained tannins, followed by an aftertaste of spice, ink and liquorice.
