A very drinkable Rhone style. Brilliant crimson mauve colour with mauve hue. Medium body. Lifted nose of spice, white pepper, raspberry and liquorice allsorts. The palate delivers ripe joosy fruit flavours of cherry, liquorice, raspberry and spice. Very good weight, fine grained tannins and balance. Long aftertaste of liquorice, cherry, raspberry, confectionary and spice.
