2002 Penny's Hill Specialized Shiraz Cabernet Merlot

An excellent flavour filled wine. Bright deep crimson colour with crimson hue. Aroma of dark chocolate, liquorice, vanilla and spice followed by a hint of violets. The palate is generous and displays an abundance of primary fruit flavours. Chocolate, spice, black pepper are overlaid by vanilla and liquorice background. Fine grained tannins, perfect balance with a very long black pepper, spice and vanilla aftertaste.
