2002 Penfolds Koonunga Hill Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep brick red colour with brick red hue, showing a surprising degree of development for a 2002 red. Aroma of cedar and leather, with a hint of earth and just a touch of tea leaf. The palate reveals flavours of tea leaf and blackcurrant with dark chocolate overtones. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of dark chocolate, spice and blackcurrant.
