A refined wine. Brilliant deep straw colour, with pale straw hue. Aroma of biscuit, yeast lees and cashews – quite subtle yet distinctive. The palate flavour profile is quite elegant with secondary flavours dominant – cashews, biscuit and yeast lees flavours emerging. Clean finish.
