2002 Ocean Grove Merlot

An impressive quaffer. Crimson brick red colour with deep crimson hue. Medium body. Simple nose of spice, plum and stewed fruit. Flavours of spice and plum followed by a liquorice back palate. Velvet smooth tannins with plum, spice aftertaste.
