A full flavoured Chardonnay. Bright, deep straw colour, with green tinge. Aroma of yeast lees, cashew and hazelnut, followed by a hint of butterscotch and melon. Creamy palate texture. Flavours of lemon and spice followed by yeast lees. Excellent length and depth with melon and hazelnut back palate flavours. Clean acid finish. Melon, lees aftertaste.
