Brilliant golden colour. The nose is quite delicate and needs a little coaxing to be honest. Subtle notes of spice, honeysuckle and honeycomb emerge, with just a trace of citrus. The palate is creamy, and quite mouthfilling. Flavours of pear, spice and apricot are to the fore, followed by a tropical fruit back palate and long spicy aftertaste.
