Bright deep straw colour with green hue. Aroma of butterscotch and yeast lees over a background of spice and melon. The palate has a creamy texture but the flavours drop off relatively quickly. Flavours of butterscotch, oak and yeast lees are dominant with a hint of citrus emerging on the back palate. Soft acid finish with flavours of butterscotch and yeast lees on the aftertaste.
