2002 Masi Serego Alighieri Possessioni Rosso

This wine is made from a blend of Corvina, Sangiovese and Merlot. A well made, well balanced Italian wine. Medium body with brick red colour and brick red hue. The nose displays hints of leather, truffle and spice, followed by a touch of confectionary. The palate is quite dry, displaying flavours of confectionary, leather and spice, coupled with fine, well balanced tannins. Aftertaste of confectionary, leather and spice.
