An outstanding Shiraz from South Africa capable of giving some Australian top reds a run. Opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue. The nose is very impressive with strong notes of spice, mocha, liquorice and violets. The palate explodes with black pepper and white pepper with a force that is rarely found in Australian Shiraz. Intense white and black pepper characteristics are meshed with liquorice and black cherry and overlaid with velvet smooth tannin. Explosive aftertaste of dark chocolate and white pepper.
