2002 Llangibby Estate Tempranillo

Semi translucent brick red colour with brick red hue. Medium body. The nose is delicately perfumed, with notes of old leather, spice and violets emerging. A delightful balance of juxtaposing flavours and fine tannin structure is achieved on the palate. Flavours of black cherry, stewed plum, spice and confectionary. There is a touch of mint on the back palate followed by very long aftertaste of spice, black cherry, liquorice allsorts and plum.
