2002 Leo Buring Eden Valley Riesling

We tasted this wine just shortly after bottling and noted that “This wine needs time to fill out and blossom.” By February 2003 the wine had already yielded results and will continue to build.
Bright straw colour with green hue. Lifted floral nose with aroma of lime, citrus and pear. On the palate, citrus lemon flavours are dominant showing excellent length and depth. Crisp acid finish, followed by a long lemon lime aftertaste.
