2002 Koonara Ambreils Gift Museum Release Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine is past its peak. Very deep brick red colour with brick red hue. Top note of cedar followed by cigar box, leather and stewed fruit. The palate fruit is quite dead – gone. This wine has been cellared too long. Flavours of leather, cedar, earth and spice on the palate and continue into the aftertaste.
