2002 Kinloch Wines Pinot Meunier

Vibrant crimson colour with vibrant mauve purple hue. Medium body. Translucent. The nose is a delight with aroma of cherry and spice followed by a hint of confectionary and violets and winter strawberry. The palate displays flavours of stewed cherries followed by stewed plum and a hint of sour cherry. Moderate length with good mouthfeel. Fine grained tannins, soft and perfectly balanced. Long aftertaste of stewed fruit, spice and aniseed.
