The wine consists of a blend of 75% old vine Grenache and 25% Shiraz. Bright, brick red colour with brick red hue. Medium body. Aroma of raspberry, white pepper, cherry and spice followed by an aniseed endnote. The palate has a silky texture, with flavours of raspberry and liquorice emerging over a white pepper background. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of cherry, raspberry, and liquorice.
