Brilliant pale straw colour, with delicate green hue. Pronounced butterscotch top note, followed by spice, toasted oak, tropical fruit and hazelnut. Creamy texture. Flavours of tropical fruit, cinnamon, butterscotch with citrus on the back palate. Soft acid finish. Aftertaste of butterscotch, yeast lees and tropical fruit.
