Bright pale straw colour. Lifted nose of spice, tropical fruit and ripe gooseberry followed by a hint of pear. On the palate the flavour profile takes a twist, with unripe gooseberry and unripe pineapple flavours dominant. Crisp acid finish followed by a long unripe gooseberry aftertaste.
