A sophisticated style from Curly Flat. Bright delicate green gold hue. The nose displays distinct barrel ferment, secondary aroma of biscuit, cashews and fig with honey and toast endnotes. The secondary palate flavours are French inspired and display excellent length and depth. Flavours of white peach, fig, spice, hazelnut and honeycomb. Clean acid finish with aftertaste of honeycomb, yeast lees, cashews and biscuit.
