A delightful, quincy Vouvray, made from Chenin Blanc. Bright, pale straw colour. Distinct nose with green apple top note, followed by confectionary, quince and just a hint of musk. The palate has a characteristic acid backbone that enhances the quince and cedar palate flavours. Excellent balance, with a very long aftertaste of quince, baked apples, confectionary and spice.
