This wine is produced from Cabernet Franc. Medium body. Crimson mauve colour with crimson mauve hue. Aroma of raspberry followed by a hint of cedar, stalk and confectionary. The palate has a unique flavour profile with flavours of raspberry followed by a touch of stalk, cedar and spice over a background of earth and iodine. Fine, dry and chalky tannins. Aftertaste of raspberry, spice and iodine.
