2002 Cassegrain Shiraz

Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. The nose has a hint of earth, followed by white pepper, plum, spice and stewed fruit. On the palate, flavours of plum and spice are evident followed by a hint of chocolate and black pepper. Soft tannins. Aftertaste of spice, plum, dark chocolate and vanilla.
