Bright straw colour, showing a touch of bottle age. Grassy confectionary aroma over a background of green tea and mixed herbs, with just a hint of passionfruit and tropical fruit emerging. The palate displays flavours of tropical fruit and ripe gooseberry over a grassy back palate with a touch of residual sweetness emerging. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of spice and tropical fruit.
