2002 Brokenwood Semillon

Semillon from the Hunter can be quite green and very acidic, however, this is a fine example of totally balanced, young Hunter Semillon.

Bright pale straw colour. Aroma of spice, cut grass, straw followed by a hint of tropical fruit, citrus and even a hint of orange. The palate displays moderate length and intensity, with grassy citrus flavours. Crisp acid finish, perfect balance, followed by a grassy citrus aftertaste.
