2002 Boynton's Paiko Reserve Sangiovese

Bright crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Medium body. Aroma of confectionary and spice with hints of violets – quite perfumed. The palate flavours are impressive, with confectionary and raspberry dominant over a cherry background followed by a touch of liquorice. Fine grained tannins with aftertaste of spice, cherry, liquorice and raspberry.
