A BIG FLAVOUR FILLED RED.color>
Adding a small percentage of Viognier to Shiraz seems to be increasing trend amongst winemakers. Adding this white grape variety has the effect of lifting the nose, and adding complexity of flavour to the palate. Opaque black crimson colour, delightfully perfumed nose, with aroma of plums and spice followed by a hint of liquorice. The tannins are a little drier, but in balance. Flavours of plum, liquorice and spice are abundant and persist onto the aftertaste.
