The wine is composed of a blend of 55% Shiraz and 45% Cabernet Sauvignon. Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Lifted nose, with aroma of confectionary, spice, cedar and plum. Medium body. Flavours of spice, white pepper and plum with some black pepper nuances. Fine grained tannins. Very long spice, plum, blackcurrant aftertaste. A great everyday drinking wine.
