Very deep brick red colour with brick red hue showing early bottle development. Aroma of stewed plum and spice followed by nuances of blackcurrant and cedar. The palate reveals flavours of stewed fruit and cedar followed by spice and plum. Soft tannins. Aftertaste of stewed fruit and plum pudding.

The wine is composed of a blend of 55% Shiraz and 45% Cabernet Sauvignon. Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Lifted nose, with aroma of confectionary, spice, cedar and plum. Medium body. Flavours of spice, white pepper and plum with some black pepper nuances. Fine grained tannins. Very long spice, plum, blackcurrant aftertaste. A great everyday drinking wine.
