2001 Water Wheel Cabernet Sauvignon

Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of blackcurrant and spice followed by hints of liquorice and confectionary. The palate displays moderate length with chocolate spice flavours evident followed by a hint of spice and blackpepper. Fine dry tannins which are quite persistent. Blackcurrant liquorice aftertaste.
