2001 Tyrrell's Lost Block Semillon

Bright straw colour. Delicately perfumed nose, with notes of spice and tropical fruit. On the palate, the Semillon is better balanced than many Hunter examples of the variety. Flavours of grapefruit and citrus emerge. Crisp, but satisfactory acid backbone, followed by long citrus aftertaste.
Cellar 4 – 5 years. (2005 – 2006)
