A quaffing Pinot. Translucent brick red colour. The nose is very subdued, with aroma of stewed plum and leather emerging. On the palate, flavours of strawberry jam, followed by liquorice, spice and a very peppery back palate. Fine grained soft tannins, followed by very long aftertaste of blackpepper, spice, plum and liquorice.
