2001 Toolangi Shiraz

This wine has been made by Trevor Mast of Mount Langi Ghiran fame. Deep crimson colour with mauve hue. Medium body. Aroma of spiced plums followed by a touch of earth, cedar and blackcurrant. On the palate, flavours of stewed fruit, spice and plum with a hint of earth and white pepper emerging. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of spice, plum and stewed fruit.
