2001 The Long Flat Wine Co. Cabernet Sauvignon

Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. The wine reveals a tough of mint, followed by blackcurrant, cedar and spice. The palate structure is quite tight with the tannins being on the dry side. Flavours of plum, blackcurrant and dark chocolate followed by a touch of tea leaf on the back palate. The dry tannins persist long into the aftertaste.
