Made from a blend of 55% Grenache, 35% Shiraz and 10% Viognier. The wine has been made using organic farming techniques. This wine is quite youthful with a structure more suited to cellaring than the same styles from previous vintages. Very deep crimson mauve colour. Youthful notes on the nose, with aroma of raspberry, spice and liquorice followed by a touch of vanilla. Again, the palate displays youthful fruit flavours, supported by fine firmish tannins. Flavours of spice, blackberry and liquorice followed by similar aftertaste of raspberry, liquorice and spice.
