2001 Taylors St Andrews Shiraz

Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue, showing some bottle age. Top note of new leather, followed by earth, spice and liquorice allsorts. On the palate flavours of leather, cedar and plum are followed by stewed fruit – which is on the edge of starting to dry out. Fine grained dryish tannins. Cedar and leather aftertaste.
